A little forum organisation

As you can probably see already, we now have a new 'Home' page. This is where the users will be directed to upon visiting the "[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] link - all the 5/6 recent posts in announcements are shown upon there.

As of this, I had to change the Nav-bar, when re-organising I also removed the Downloads navbar button - for reasons that will be explained at a later date. Enjoy the new homepage/navbar anyway.
