Hitman.
I know im posting like a mother' today. But...
Y'know.
Eager to please n all that jazz.
But yeah. A hitman job would be nice.
One active at a time, pay around $60 - $80 (Per interval, not kill. You know, like how civi has a $45?)
Spawns with standard equipment, just with a picklock, and if input into the game at the time, a silenced pistol? (I wouldnt recommend a sniper. Those are like one shot kill. The hitman would have to buy those individually)
When he accepts a hit, he must announce via /advert 'Hit Accepted'
and when the job is complete.. /advert 'Hit Completed'
Pay can be done at any time throughout the contract, before, or after.
He is not aloud to kill while attempting to get the hit, unless somone is DIRECTLY (Repeat as needed) In their way, EG if youre trying to kill mayor, and chief of police is trying to stop you through lethal or arresting means, the hitman can try and run past, and do the deed and get away, or he can just pop a cap in dat policemans ass and finish the job duely.

If it happens like this, the hitman could choose to make a small money deposit towards the un-needingly killed person from the hitmans own money. But this is from the hitmans own choice, if he thinks there was no other way, and he feels no remorse, then so be it, he probably wont pay the poor dead soul.

Thing is, and please remember this since you are keen to make suggestions, from now on there will be no jobs. It will all be done with license.
Legal license you get from the mayor. Illegal u get from npc/f4/other criminals.

I could add an illegal bounty hunter license. So players put a bounty on somebody, then if the person is killed by a bounty hunter they get the bounty. So there could be more than 1 hitman, people have to pay etc. Not sure though. I expect to see too many "hit men" if this happens.

Could just make a license for BH/Freelancer/Merc/Hitman Only one active on a server at a time?

Fulcrum, make the bounty hunter(s) (if you do make the license) trusted rank and above as such less abuse, also you could have a special legal one if mayor permits or/and a illegal one constantly wanted

Constantly wanted is a bad idea. ITs the definition of meta game. Bounty hunter/hitman shouldn't be defined by anything you see as a player. It could be anybody.

I don't want to restrict it to vips/respected either since I see it being very popular I would like everyone to have a try.

"legal" hitmen would just be abused by the mayor. Fulcrum becomes mayor, ted becomes legal hitman. Hitman should start as a desperate thing, then when you get better you do it more for being professional. Also multiple licenses would make it a race for the hitmen to work.

Hitmen emerge from the woodwork, asking around the cafes and stores. A sighting leads them to the old rail road. 2 Rival hitmen come face to face. Theres a 5000 pound bounty on the mark."

Of course nothing would mark the hitmen as hitmen (unless they're running round with a gun or wearing some cool suit) so you cant just shoot someone and say "umm he was a hitman" If that happens ban will ensew. Or ill stop you spawning props, using weapons or taking up job slots. Perma hobo

I think Bounty hunter should be the 'Legal' Alternative.
The mayor, or Richer civilians may know somone who was assaulted, or killed by a certain somone, who has gone fugitive, and the Bounty hunter has to hunt down this fugitive.
Key point.
Fugitive.
Bounty hunter can only hunt the illegal people.

Now.. Hitman.
Hitman should be the illegal/neutral one.
He wont ask questions, just a name, and a price.
he couldbe asked to kill anyone from the mob boss, to the mayor.
His price will be slightly higher, as he is likely to be A) More experienced.
B) More professional
C) It doesnt have to be a 'Bad guy'
D) Its more dangerous (Police on your ass.)
