Weapons.

Here is a provisional list of weps I have make/am making/plan on making. All of them will have pretty custom accuracy, so you need to hold the gun on target for a little bit to increase accuracy etc. They will be more accurate than the current weapons but generally less accurate than mad cows (accurate weapons just break down into dm)

Pistol -
Low damage, rapid fire semi auto(inaccurate if u fire at full speed), low range

Magnum -
High damage, rapidfire smei auto(VERY inaccurate if you fire fast), accurate if firing single shots, big recoil, low range (so people cant use it as a sniper)

MP5 - rebel weapon of choice
Low damage, rapid fire, low accuracy, medium recoil, medium range. So called rebel weapon of choice since its easiest auto to get and uses cheap (pistol) ammo.

MP7 -
Medium damage, rapidfire, med accuracy, low recoil, medium range. Ammo is expensive and the weapon is hard for rebels to get.

Shotgun -
High damage, low rate of fire, med accuracy, med recoil, lowest range. Accurate up close but will do no damage at all over long distances.

Pulse Rifle -
Med Damage, rapidfire, med accuracy, low recoil, high range. If fired single shot pretty accurate. (cant buy ammo for this so to refill must return to pd making it inconvinient for rebels to use)

Irifle - breach rifle
Low damage, single shot, med accuract, med recoil, low range. Fires a grenade which knocks down door or prop then stuns people near where it lands. Direct hits can kill or knockout, outside that people are blinded and deafened. (alternative to shotgun and grenade really)

LAW -
High Damage, disposable single shot, med accuracy, low recoil, high range. Fires a single shot law, unfreezes props it hits. Used only in extreme scenarios (this will only be available to trusted and up)

Sniper rifle -
Not entirely sure how to do this yet I want a laser and a scope :s
High damage, bolt action, high accuract, high recoil, high range. Used by assassins and police marksmen mainly. Arm shots will gurenteed knock weapon out of hand, head shot will kill, most other shots will knock out. (Again due to abusable nature only available to trusted and up)

Grenade -
Decided to not make them lethal since it too abusable and unrealistic in riot scenarios.
Grenade will so similar to the irifle. Stun/knockout/blind those in the room. Has significantly less effect outside, best used in closed spaces.

NOTE: all melee weapons except stunstick do less damage if you are on low hp

Lead pipe -
Cheap, easy to aquire, the thug weapon of choice. Just a melee weapon. Will stun people if hit on head and has a good chance of knocking people out (rather than killing them) I'm hoping to see alot of crime with this.

Crowbar -
Similar to lead pipe, less effective in melee. Can be used to "hack" stuff and open doors.

Knife -
Deadly in close combat, most likly to kill rather than knockout. Can also be thrown once as a desperate measure. Most useful for assassins and police with "shoot to kill" missions. (might be trusted only due to nature of killing only)

Slam -
Multipurpose bomb.
on door - Blows open door and stuns ppl inside
on prop - unfeeezes prop with small explosion
on wall - detonated by hand to do normal slam stuff.

IED -
Homemade explosive.
Each one will have randomised magnitudes and effects. Some might burn, others explode, others smoke. Model randomised between a few different props. Such as suitcases, radios etc.
Activated via voice chat with command /radio detonate on the correct radio channel.
This means if you have people using the same channel as you they have the power to detonate your IEDS.

You can see I'm trying to seperate cops and gangsters in terms of loadout. Gangsters will most likly be using melee stuff, IEDs, mp5, shotgun and pistols, waging a kind of guerilla warfare instead of straight out "durr we gotted betur gunthan polices so we can kill them in sterreett"

EDIT 2: some stuff will only be available to different groups and licenses. Eg. The LAW only availale to trusted and above cops.
There will be hidden clubs not officially mentioned beyond a few of the upper staff and founders/members of these clubs. More on them later. Maybe.

Also, I kinda don't like how certain high powered weps are only gonna b trusted only. Kinda sounds like a pay2win type of thing.

All weps are abusable somehow, minges are gonna find out how. But we can't take away ALL weps away from normal people, can we?

Lol yeh. Also LAW will break props but will also be single shot with a reasonable chance to miss entirely. So to someone using it ligitmately it won't be 100% efficient (that is somebody who wants to break an op base then continue the raid)
BUT to some1 who wants to use it illigitimately (a minge bag) they just buy it run up to random persons base and fire at point blank, then break nlr to continue what theyre doing.

This is why randomers shouldn't be allowed it, a kid whos been playing for 1 hour shouldnt be given something so powerful.

Also its 1 solution to a problem(problem being op bases) theres some other weapons which break doors/props and will stun/kill people.

I plan for each to have a niche. Magnum isn't always better than 9mm pistol etc. Faster rate of fire and less recoil might make it more useful in some scenarios. People will get a favorite I guess and if one turns out to be op ill just nerf it alittle.

I realize. That trusted is earned, but fulc said trusted and up. VIP is up there with trusted
Also, what's stopping a minge that got trusted, I mean, remember Haskell and Tony?
All weps should be available to everyone, and if they are that powerful, should be nerfed or not made

I love how this all sounds. I'm all for it.

Also, maybe we can add something like a broken beer bottle. You can't get one by simply drinking beer, but you have to buy it or scavenge it from somewhere. I dunno, it's really just up in the air right now Neutral

IED should have the normal chances for small-big explosion, not work etc. But should have a 1 out of 100 chance to do something like this. Very Happy

Well, not exactly, but just rarely encounter a special property.

had the idea of a special shipment of silencers and they can silence a few guns if your Vip alot more guns?

Nah, snipers are exclusive to hitman and CP in full version of server i think.
Plus 'silverballers' are actually 'hardballers' the cheapy 45. ACP 1911 copy. It uses rounded rounds, and it is entirely made of stainable metals. As such the metal fuses over time when the chemical reaction is amplified with heat.
I have no idea why 47 uses them.
Probably because when he broke out of thingy, in the firts ever hitman mission, that was his first weapon.
AKA; Silverballers are shit, and would become OTT Stereotype imo
