Fixing Gundealer

Ever since we added shipments only to gundealer, there has been literally no activity from gangs, crooks, or any form of organized crime anymore, because nobody becomes gundealer, opens a shop, and sells goods anymore, cuz they either can afford it or are afraid of losing it
Rather than having it return to the old system where nobody would open a shop anyway, I have a better idea

1. Reduce the price of 2-handed guns by a small amount

2. Reduce the price of 1-handed weps by a drastic amount (about the price of a single, bu an expensive one)

Now, a gundealer will become the class, and see that pistols are something he can easily afford and replace. This means he will open an actual shop to sell pistols,, make money, and eventually graduate to other guns, while still runnin the risk of being raided for his shipment
Organized crime can get weapons once again to actually be crime
And anyone who just spawned in guns for themselves or their group won't be extremely OP to everyone else

I agree with this, at least for smaller arms, ie: Mac 10, maybe TMP, and pistols.

If shipments were in fives for some guns then I would remain dealer

Shipments could come in whatever number, as long as the price is extremely cheap

Side note: I find it ironic the owner of the group "the merchants" has a hard time being a dealer
