Easy Precision Tool Empty Easy Precision Tool

Easy precision is a simple suggestion but I think I would personally like it to be added. It can be very useful sometimes, I know some people don't need it but others do.
It may be a pain to be added, but if it can be added it would be great.
I would also suggest making it donator/trusted + as it can be used to crash the server.

None of the versions I can find of it work, so we would need to update ourselves. I am struggling to contact Fulcrum with other problems at the moment as well, so if you could search around for an updated version I will add it in but I will need Fulcrums help to make it trusted only etc.
