Server Update - Weapons

I have added the following things:
-New guns
-Para (Needs updating still as some things are not right)
-TMP
-The silenced sniper is no longer OP and is no longer "Silenced"
-Added AWP and made the silenced sniper a bit crapper.
-Edited current guns to make them more or less powerful.
-You now need to aim down the sights to fire your gun.

Yeah... I did wonder what happened to the no no-sight firing part of HGRP 
.
Guess that was removed in a previous update and is now just being re-added?

I noticed yesterday that the m4a1 was really buggy. When shooting full automatic it just looked and sounded like it shot 2 shots but the ammo kept going down. Also when you picked up stuff (e) with the weapon out it sounded like you were firing shots when you threw the object again (but no ammo was drained by this)
Is this stuff fixed (or was it just me experiencing this bug)

Oh god damn it, now I'm only going to use the AWP at all times. My brain forces me to.
Suggestion: make the pistols be able to fire with out aiming down the sights, making you have an actual reason to have both a heavy weapon and a pistol at the same time.

-Dual elites added
-UMP45 Added
-Lockpick added to crook
-Most of these new guns are sold by BMD.
-Added group chat to the groups
-Admins can put people in the groups with Rp_ghost or rp_blackhawk etc, but trusted + can join freely.

Newbies won't have money to get guns and thus will be forced to play CP/passive jobs. Also RDMers don't get a chance to join a server, buy a quick, cheap gun and go around killing people before being banned. Sounds quite good.
