Upcoming forum updates.

I have been drawn away due to some IRL stuff arising, please note I'm on my iPad so I cannot do much. However, tomorrow you can expect:

- Abilities given out to staff members
- New banner at the top (will design it myself)
- Favicon added
- Minor issues and bugs will be fixed. (Ability of not being able to see links etc)
- New forums and categories.
- Other things that I find on the way.

Any other suggestions feel free to say. Please bare with me, I only started creating the forum a few hours ago.
I will also go though and lock/sticky topics.

Actually it is working now just found that it is at the bottom not the top thanks Daniel. Smile

Update List
- Staff permissions handed out
- New Banner
- New Favicon
- New categories + forums
- Links Fixed!
- Other minor issues fixed!
- Ban-list carried over from CSRP
- 15 post minimum required to post in Applications! (Doesn't apply to staff)

- New Halloween banner added. Will stay up will 5-6th of November.
- All new staff added to correct usergroups.
- Correct Ranks applied to staff.

Can you disable HTML? It posses as a security risk in some cases.
