Did you like the idea?
Hitman menu
it shuld be a hitman menu where you are able to post a bounty on a player...
the hitman picks target from that menu and gets cash when that target gets killed..
and if a target left the server.. you should be able to remove the bounty and get back your cash..
good idea?

Re: Hitman menu
I think only other players should be able to post hits, and they wont be able to if they them self are a hitman, or there is no hitman at all.Daniel wrote:No, wait... Your saying the hitman, can just make up hits?
Re: Hitman menu
It would be easier for a hitman job to have two parts.
One, the intel receiver,
and one the actual killer.
The intel receiver gets the name, and the price.
The hitman does the job, and gets his fair cut.
That way Hitman can stay inconspiious and all dat jazz.
And it stops people like me just joining and hitting on a hitman job title, and a bunch of meta-gaming cops go apeshi* on me whenever i try and lure my target.
Keeps me not known, even by the meta-gamers.
And it makes it a two+man job. As it should be.
----EDIT----
When the full map is set up, just a possible request.
Whatever the Hitman system is, there should be a way to set special parameters. Leave a message, hint evidence to one certain person, do it in public, etc.
Obviously, the price will hinge on the parameters.
But personally, I'm happy whatever it is.
As long as it involves a Hitman, im probably there.
(Or..
Just a thought!
Mr. Map dude could make a hidden place, which, due to rp reasons, only the hitman, and intel collector would know where it is, without meta-gaming, or being shown it.
Inside there, there could be a terminal, a bit like the one in the PD, where if you type /Hit [Name] [Price] [Additional Info] it will be accessable to the hitman.
And after he has done the hit n all dat, he can collect it directly.
Of course, that would make it so there is only one hitman, as it should be.
But, if you dont want the hitman being super rich on blood money, yeah. Put in a intel dude(tte))

Re: Hitman menu
What I get from this idea is that other players on the server can post a bounty and a price on a menu. From the menu, the hitman can choose what hits to perform and carry them out. Once finished, the hitman recieves the money owed and cannot perform a hit for 2 minutes. If the target leaves the server, the hit is called off and the hitman can accept another one from the menu.jack blackheart wrote:it shuld be a hitman menu where you are able to post a bounty on a player...

Good idea? I think so.

Re: Hitman menu
I have saw this system on other RP servers and it has worked perfectly, but the hitman made his own booth in the streets where people could go in and press a button, closing a door and opening a menu, they make this hit come out, hitman goes into the booth collects hit and gets money whenever theyre killed. I think it would be a good idea to have a permanent booth underground where only the hitman class can own the doors and people can go in, make a hit and let the hitman do the rest.

Youve never seen me Play contact broker, have you?
Basically( and don't try to steal this idea), contact broker uses a variety of contacts from different jobs to give his clients services(veteran csrp players will know what I mean)
As for hitman, people would come to me for a hit, I would alert my hitman contact, and he would perform, with me getting some commision
When the server and gamemode are fully fixed, I plan on playing t a bit more and making a job request to make it a perm job, but until then, it's a bit hard to Play it at all, seeing as we have little to no jobs, so don't bother trying to rp it
