Changes to "Trusted" rank

Improvements
Added (Trusted) Name Tag
Added Custom Tag Colour
Trusted will now be given out more freely, not all players
Trusted also have the votekick option

Who get trusted will receive a custom name tag those who do will be winners of competitions. This is better in my opinion as we will be able to give those who deserve the rank it easier without them having to win a competition.


Reminder to admins: Don't forget to make nominations for the RP challenge it ends tomorrow!

Well for me you would need to reach (and maintain) a certain level of rp. For example Ecko and cypher have kept a scenario going for quite some time, im not saying you need to do that much but they certainly are exceptional roleplayers. The second thing is to show responsibility and tell an admin when there is a minge and be generally helpful. But don't go to teletric's level of extremes or you could end up banned, once again I will use Ecko as my example, most people onlu start to help when they become mod but he would help teach people that were new to rp, from things like fearrp to how to build a shop.
Do these things and you will be trusted in no time

Trusted would normally be rewarded through like.. Helping people to the absolute best of your abilities, to what you can. Eg, if you're not a mod, you can try and settle arguments between players, or help them understand a term (Like NLR, or RDM) without any commands being used whatsoever. Another requirement, is as said above, is good rp skills.
I advise getting a little group together, and rping in that group, that will increase all of their rp levels, you'll make some new friends, You'll have new things to do with your mates, and you may eventually start a well known faction with your friends.
I mean, The Triads, and the 501st weren't implemented when the server was made, they were created by the players, and they have both became rather well known.
But i believe Trusted just gives you the tp commands and votekick.
I believe so anyway, dont quote me on it, as I'm not overly sure.

We are also considering adding some tools to truster. I have suggested rope.
