Removing camera

Not the tool camera where you can see where people are ect the one you get soon as you spawn it's getting annoying with people spamming it and I'm pretty sure it was removed once all ready.

+support for this, I have saw other servers very similar to this where the camera was not there. It's really annoying and pointless.

It's usually pretty nice to have when taking pictures of propkilling, mingebagging and other rulebreaking in general.
You can use F12 to take a screenshot (but not everyone knows this).
Personally I don't mind if people spam blitz at me. I usually stunstick them and they stop (when I am cop as usual)
But I can see why some people find it really irritating.
So if you cant remove the blitz then I'd also suggest removing the camera from the server.

Yea it could be used for that or for people rp'ing as news reporters etc. etc.

But the sad fact is that 95% of players use the camera for random picture taking or mingebaggin'.

But as long as admins warn players who are doing it, maybe with a kick or whatever, i don't know, the first time they spam around with it and then ban if they just come back and keep spamming. I'd say that is a good solution as it is pretty failRP going around taking hundreds of pictures in public which you would never do irl. (Unless you are some crazy ass tourist)

Rarely used but when used, it'll mostly be for good RP.

I agree with kikbow make only certain jobs have cameras so people don't come on server and stop spamming ect..

Hmmm wouldn't be such a bad idea with news reporter job. So they would just be supposed to /advert <news>?

Also maybe make shop owner able to sell cameras if no jobs (except news reporter if it was added) had cameras when they spawned?
I don't really see too many people buying stuff from shop owners

Eh, why don't you just add to the /motd rules, No camera blitz. There will be no warning. Kick, and if it is continued, Ban

I support the job thingy, reporter, sounds awesome. But i use the camera myself for taking screenshots of propminges/rdm'ers

Why do people use cameras ? I just spam f12 lol

Maybe we just need to remove the flash. The flash is the thing that gets the most annoying.

Agreed. Without the flash(I think) its not gonna be as annoying as with the flash.

I think we should keep the flash, but just make cameras £200 or something. Then when a policeman hits someone with a stun stick they should drop their camera on the floor automatically, allowing either the policeman to pick it up, or just confiscate it, without half a billion literal shouts going "NO RANDOM WEAPONCHECKS YOU ****" etc...

Cameras costing 200$? Pft.
Seriously, just make a "Camera Man" job and people will go and change the name to Reporter or whatever they want.
