Which reminds me, do you not have some sever lying around you can just put the gmod sever on?  I personally don't want it back with so few people anyway, it's just I have various severs all over the place which don't do anything apart from act as NAS devices.  I have one in my garage currently running a 24/7 minecraft sever with 50 slots on a quad core.  The only thing I have to pay for is the electricity (which is fairly low) and the internet (which I already pay for).

EDIT:Added note.  The sever is virtualized as well.
