Ghost and other group related jobs

With the addition of forum groups Ron decided to also add group specific jobs on the server, in some cases its a good idea, I can see how that might work but it has its issues.

I will use the Ghost group as an example, but I am sure this might apply to other groups as well.

The biggest problem it creates is that no one, but the ghost members know what their jobs are meant to be. I open up the scoreboard and I see 2 people with GHOST jobs, what am I suppossed to think? What do they do? What are they allowed to do, and what they cannot do? I have no fucking clue.

So I took a trip to the general discussion category to see their "clan information" which I must admit, isn't very informative. Let me quote

Like I said, this description doesn't tell me anything about the group. I have no clue if they are criminals or not or what they are supposed to be doing. Tyler found that confusing too. I believe that admins such as Tyler, should be able to tell what each job is meant to do, so that they can make sure people don't do things they aren't supposed to be doing, or abuse their jobs.

On my admin complaint about Frank, I mentioned Elwood trying to get into Tyler's store, and as a guard I had no idea how I should act. He was a normal citizen but that description above and his behavior indicated that he is a criminal, so I didn't know if I should just shoot him or ask him politely to leave.

To fix this I think we should remove all of the group related jobs OR force owners to write up a clear description of their groups, which tells everyone what these people are supposed to do. Their jobs should be visible in the F4 jobs list so that everyone can read the job description on there.

Really, that's what the job purpose section on the format is for.
To be honest, all you have to do is PM someone in the group or the leader itself for more information.

Tyler did that. If I recall correctly he told me they said something along the lines of "We work for AND against the law" which means they can do w/e the hell they want.

I think they're trying to go down some splinter cell kind of thing. Some kind of undercover dude who does shit without being seen.

This precisely sums up what I don't like about the group related jobs. No one can be bothered to go on forum and learn about groups whose leaders didnt make it VERY clear what they do.

ok I will try make it clearer
we puppeteer people and cause confusion in the doing so we get things for us, only in the most last resort will we take things ourselves (I will try to make this clear to all members of Ghost)

So for example I got Elwood to get Hobos to distract a gang or cops and then get something stolen. He did end up doing the stealing himself.
Now I then tried and failed to get a gang in trouble for pick-locks

Next time Elwood tries to steal my shit as Ghost Member I am getting an admin to ban for FailRP then Thanks for clearing this up.

I don't think any of the custom groups should be allowed to raid, if you wish to raid go mobster or something.

Just to make Ghost absolutely clear and fun
1: We only do things ourselves as the absolute Last Resort
2: We do intimidate and Blackmail; we will hold people in safe houses for agreements
3: We blame things on other people and get money from it
Info: When they are on a mission I tell them to take screenshots for evidence
I will also if im on the server check if there is anyone to use, or if no-one does what we want
